Our team is working hard to make the admin experience even easier with new solutions:
Live Chat will now offer GradLeaders Career Center admin users an easy way to immediately contact our support team with basic questions and receive assistance.
New Super Admin Permissions will enable administrators to edit defined permissions (such as term replacements) so you don’t have to wait for our support team to complete simple tasks. Additionally, an admin data import tool will make transferring large quantities of data more manageable.
Employer Interface Redesign will give your employers access to a modern, mobile-ready interface with self-serve tools to submit OCR requests, post jobs, and search for right-fit students on their own, anytime, anywhere.
CareerTracker™ - Phase 2: Admin Task List Imports & Clickable Links will provide students with school-specific task lists to help them stay on track with their career. Tasks will now include clickable deep-links to other partners of the system (i.e. job board, advising appointments, resource library) or to external links.
