When Progressive Product Manager Femi Kolade first learned about the Product Manager role at the company, he was drawn in. When he discovered all that Progressive offers—from culture to commitment to his development—he was hooked.

 

Joseph Kay, Junior Software Engineer

Joe comes to us from The Ohio State University with a degree in computer science. During his recent internship at Crosschx, he worked with a team to build software applications for hospitals and patients to communicate and securely share data. We’re excited to have him onboard!

 

Shawn Stephenson, Entry Level Software Engineer

Shawn comes to us from Southern Illinois University with a background in chemistry and biochemistry research, where he conducted experiments and installed, configured and updated research-related equipment. Shawn graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a Bachelor’s degree in Computational Physics and minors in both Computer Science and Mathematics. He spent 6 years in the U.S. Army working as an explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and held various other roles. We’re happy that he’s joined the team!

 

Mark Blum, QA Testing Associate

Mark studied Theoretical Mathematics and Computer and Information Science at The Ohio State University. He served as an intern for Grange Insurance, working in software QA testing. We look forwarding to taking advantage of his knowledge and expertise as he grows his career at GradLeaders.
