CSO System to GradLeaders Career Center Upgrades

We’ve recently released new features within the GradLeaders Career Center platform, including:

  • A new Co-Op/Internship Management module to automate deadlines, registration, approvals and other key program needs.
  • An integrated External Surveys feature (powered by Survey Monkey) for creating, publishing and managing surveys. Integrate it with Co-Op/Internship or use it independently to collect the insights you need to make more informed decisions about your career center.
  • New Event Payment Manager & Credit Card Processing features allow you to accept credit card payments from employers and students directly through the GradLeaders Career Center.
  • Communication enhancements like Text Messaging make it possible to directly contact students right from your career services office. Inform them of upcoming advising appointments, company events, interviews and more!
  • Consortium integration now allows employers to post to all GradLeaders Partner Schools quickly, easily and free of charge.
  • Automated Attendance Tracking & Student Check-In enhancements make it easy for students to check in for events, career fairs, interviews and advising appointments with a simple swipe of their student ID card to track their attendance.

Former CSO System users and schools are taking advantage of these new tools by upgrading to the GradLeaders Career Center platform. These features will help increase team efficiency, increase engagement with students and improve employment outcomes.

Stability Updates and Upcoming Enhancements

Much progress has been made on our stability and innovation projects. As a reminder, the CSO System will continue to be supported and enhanced through the summer of 2018 at minimum. With this in mind, we have released a number of improvements to the CSO System including a new HTML email template feature.

This new feature will allow you to customize email text for System Events using the HTML editor. Easily edit the automated emails you send out to students with colors, formatting, icons and more. You should have received a separate email detailing instructions for how to activate this feature. Please contact support@gradleaders.com if you did not.

Don’t forget to check the GradLeaders CSO System support page for more information and updated support documentation regarding new features being released as well as updates to the GradLeaders Career Center upgrade process. This website also links to the Service Request Process document including timelines for certain types of requests. Bookmark this page in your web browser for frequent use and check back often for important announcements and updates.

Tami Scott joins us as the Vice President of Customer Support, overseeing our Customer Support Team. She began her career at IBM and has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, executive recruiting, and software management systems. Tami has over 20 years of experience working with customers and 10 years in leadership roles. We’re excited to welcome her to the team!
